Refund & Returns Policy

We have a no quibble refund and returns policy lasting 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase then unfortunately we can not offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and it must be returned in the original packaging.

We will require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete a return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will then send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund please check your bank account again, as it can take some time, oftentimes between 7 – 10 days before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Exchanges

Due to prints being limited edition and numbered, we can only exchange items if they have arrived damaged

Shipping your returns

To return your product please email info@wavingatghosts.com.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

You will be responsible for the arrangement and cost of shipping the item back to us. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages & Shipping Delays

The print tubes and packaging are robust and the prints are carefully packaged by experts, however in the rare event that your print arrives damaged or is significantly delayed we will offer a refund or exchange (postage delays which could be considered normal, or delays due to items being held up in customs will not be refunded).

What constitutes a significant time delay is at our discretion. In either case we may request return of the products so that we can dispose of them.

We will cover the shipping costs to return the print and send a replacement.
